Exam Workshop Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of the Exam Workshop website and app (the "Service") provided by 4ourstack. By using the Service you agree to these terms.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or guardian.
Using the Service
- You may use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes in compliance with applicable law.
- You may not reverse engineer the Service, access it in automated bulk, abuse it, infringe others' rights or use it to create unlawful content.
- We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms.
Subscriptions and purchases
- Subscriptions are charged to your App Store or Google Play account and renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage and cancel your subscription in your store account settings. Deleting the app or deleting your data in the app does not cancel a subscription.
- If a free trial is offered, a paid subscription starts when the trial ends unless you cancel before then.
- Refunds are handled under the policies of the respective store (Apple / Google).
AI-generated content
- AI responses are generated automatically by third-party models such as DeepInfra and may be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date.
- Responses are not professional (medical, legal, financial or other) advice. Consult a qualified expert for important decisions.
- You are responsible for the content you submit; do not submit content that infringes the rights of others. You can report problematic AI content in the app.
- Daily usage limits may apply on free and paid plans.
Intellectual property
The Exam Workshop name, logo, design and software belong to 4ourstack or its licensors. You receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the Service.
Limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by mandatory consumer law, we are not liable for indirect damages.
Changes
We may update these terms. We will announce material changes in the Service or on this page.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Mandatory consumer protection rights in your country of residence, including access to local consumer bodies and courts, remain unaffected.
